Mount Tsuji

Mount Tsuji is a 2,585-metre peak in the Ashiyasu area of Minami-Alps City, Yamanashi Prefecture, lying at the southern end of the Hōō Sanzan ridge within Minami Alps National Park and holding a third-class triangulation point. It is encountered along the traverse from Yashajin Pass toward Yakushidake, just beyond the Kajiba-ato (Ōgazura-yama) saddle, and a short side path leads to a viewpoint that aligns the Shirane Sanzan and Hōō Sanzan in a distinctive vertical perspective. The peak appears on the Kai Hyakuzan and the Japan 2,500-metre summits lists.
