Bōkon-zawa-no-Atama is a 2,830-meter summit in Ashiyasu, Minami-Alps City, Yamanashi, on the Ikeyama Tsuri-One ridge that approaches Mt. Kitadake from the east. The broad, dwarf-pine-fringed gravel top carries a climber-memorial cairn and offers commanding views of Kitadake, Ainodake, and Hōōzan. The peak is also the headwaters of Bōkonzawa ("Vanished Soul Stream"), a tributary of the Ara River. It is included in the Kai 100 Mountains list.
