Mt. Umanose

Umanose is a 2,736 m ridge bump in Hase, Ina City, Nagano Prefecture, lying just north of Senjogatake in the northern South Alps. It is where the Yabusawa-Shigeyuki and Yabusawa trails converge, and deer fencing has helped restore alpine flora such as Ligularia dentata. The peak is within Minami-Alps National Park and counted among Japan's 642 mountains over 2,000 metres.
