Senjo Goya
仙丈小屋
2,880 m · Ina, Nagano · 0.3 km from the summit of Mount Senjō
Mountain hut at about 2,900m inside the Yabusawa cirque just below the summit of Senjogatake, the "queen of the Southern Alps", some fifteen minutes down from the top. It is run by Ina City Kanko Co. Most people climb the mountain in a day from Kitazawa Pass by the Kosenjo ridge or Yabusawa, but staying here gives a quiet cirque at dawn and dusk. It sleeps 35 by reservation, with room-only or two-meal stays, bedding included. Facilities include flush toilets, and tents are not allowed. Water can run short in some periods, so guests are asked to check in advance. Outside the season a winter shelter is opened, entered on the second floor, sleeping up to 15 — or about 10 using single-person tents inside.
2026: open June 12–October 12 · reservation required · sleeps 35
