Shiga Kogen Nishitateyama Ski Area trail map
Nishitateyama sits in Shiga Kogen's Central Area beside the Yamanoeki resort centre. Its signature runs are the World Cup course, up to 28 degrees and the surviving lower part of the old giant slalom course, and a gentle 1,730-metre beginner trail, served by two quads and a triple. The shared Central Area ticket covers 13 ski areas, linking it with Higashitateyama, Takamagahara and others. The season usually runs from mid-December to the end of March.
