Ichinose Yamanokami Ski Area trail map
Ichinose Yamanokami is a small slope on the north side of Shiga Kogen's Ichinose district that works mainly as a gateway: skiers use it to glide over to Yakebitai and on toward Okushiga, and ride its lift back in the afternoon. There is a single pair lift and two runs, split evenly between beginner and intermediate: the Kamoshika course, which starts gently and steepens in the middle, and the easy Monkey course that drops back to Ichinose Diamond. Once a quiet, almost private hill, it now sees morning traffic on the run and afternoon queues at the lift. It has no restaurant or car park of its own, so visitors use the facilities of the Ichinose area, and it is covered by the Shiga Kogen all-mountain pass.
