Ojiro Ski Area in the Ojiro district of Kami, northern Hyogo, is reached by an eight-seat gondola, which lifts skiers straight from a low-lying car park to the slopes, so there is no steep mountain road to drive. Seven runs range from the long Otani No. 1 cruiser and the wide Chuo slope to the ungroomed Taniyama No. 3, good for powder and moguls, and there is a kids' area plus Hyogo's only on-snow dog run. In March the resort runs a spring-skiing period called Haru Ojiro, and Yumura Onsen is nearby. It is about 35 minutes from Hidaka-Kannabe Kogen IC.
