Kazurahata Ski Area Closed

Kazurahata Ski Area was a small hill in the Kazurahata district of north-western Yabu, Hyogo, just off the Tajima Alpen Road, also signed as Higashi Hachibuse Kogen or Higashi Hachibuse Resort Kazurahata. A single chairlift served two gentle beginner and intermediate runs between about 480 m and 570 m. The lift has been removed, but a roadside sign with the old name and a bus stop called Kazurahata Ski Area still mark the spot.
