Hasuike Ski Area trail map
Hasuike Ski Area is a small slope at the heart of Shiga Kogen, right by the Yama-no-Eki resort centre and the bus hub at Hasuike. A single triple chair serves mostly gentle runs that suit children and beginners. Sitting above 1,500 m, it links by trail to the neighbouring Maruike and Giant ski areas, so it is a handy starting point for touring the central Shiga Kogen area on skis, with views across to Mt. Nishitate and Mt. Yakebitai from the lift. It is covered by the central-area ticket and the Shiga Kogen all-mountain pass, and runs from mid-December to the end of March.
