Shirosunayama (986 m) is a mountain in Kofu, Yamanashi Prefecture, above the nationally designated scenic Shosenkyo gorge, near Rakanjiyama (Yasaburodake). True to its name, its summit area is covered with white granite sand and rock—an open viewpoint sometimes called a "beach in the mountains." Walked together with the Shosenkyo ropeway and Rakanjiyama, it is featured in the "Yamanashi Hiking Courses (sequel)" and related lists.
