Mt. Sashio

Mt. Sashio is a 1,418-meter peak in the Shiramine district of Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture, within Hakusan National Park, sitting on the historic Echizen Zenjo pilgrimage route above Ichinose and Mt. Rokuman. A historic temple called Hinoki-shuku is said to have stood near here, and the summit affords clear views of the main Hakusan massif.
