Mount Daikoku (2,393 m) lies on the border of Kurobe City (Toyama) and Hakuba Village (Kita-Azumi District, Nagano) on the main ridge of the Ushiroshiroyama range in the Northern Japan Alps, between Mount Goryu and Mount Karamatsu. It is within Chubu Sangaku National Park and is a waypoint on traverses from the Happo-one or Toumi ridges.
