Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort spreads across the foot of Mt. Goryu in Hakuba's Northern Alps and shares a lift pass with neighbouring Hakuba47, giving 24 runs in all. The eight-seat Telecabin gondola climbs to Alps-daira, prized for powder and sweeping alpine views, with ungroomed steeps up to 35 degrees. Below, the wide, gentle Toomi slope and family-oriented Iimori suit beginners and children. Goryu runs night skiing plus early-morning weekend sessions, and its Escal Plaza base has a hot spring and childcare. New snowmaking lets the 2026-27 season run from late November into early May.

Car: Nagano Expressway, Azumino IC (長野自動車道安曇野IC)
Parking: No overnight parking or sleeping in vehicles at any Goryu or Iimori lot (fees and number of spaces not stated)
