Mount Nishitomi (2,268 m) rises in Hakuba Village (Kita-Azumi District), Nagano Prefecture, at the inner end of the Toumi Ridge leading to Mount Goryu in the Northern Japan Alps. It stands between Mount Otomi and Mount Shirodake on the final approach to Goryu-sanso hut and the main summit of Mount Goryu. The peak is within Chubu Sangaku National Park.
