Gotenyama

Gotenyama is a 1,097-meter mountain in the Katsuragawa area of Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, on the southwest ridge leading to Mt. Bunagatake (1,214 m), the main peak of the Hira Mountains, and it gives its name to the "Gotenyama Course" from Bomura to Bunagatake. It lies within Biwako Quasi-National Park but does not itself appear in any renowned mountain list.
