Yuda is a small town-run ski hill in the Yuda Onsen valley of Nishiwaga, with a pair chairlift and a surface lift serving three beginner and intermediate runs about 700 m long. It is about ten minutes from the Yuda exit of the Akita Expressway and a short bus ride from Hotto-Yuda Station, and the local hot springs are close by for an after-ski soak. It has hosted junior races and kids' ski days for local children. A landslide on the slope after heavy rain in August 2026 has closed it for the 2026-27 season.
