Snow Wave Park Shiratori Kogen sits on the north side of Mount Bishamon near Hinoki Pass in Gujo, Gifu. It is known for loose rules on the slopes, letting riders use the natural terrain freely, and for a park with a varied set of kickers and boxes. Eleven runs, mostly intermediate and topped by a 2.5 km descent, are served by three chairlifts, and snowmaking covers every course. A free kids' area and a 2 km sled run make it easy for families, and the Shiratori Kogen Hotel stands right at the base. The drive from Shirotori IC on the Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway takes about 25 minutes.
