Myoko Suginohara Ski Resort trail map
Myoko Suginohara Ski Resort, run by Prince on the south-east flank of Mt. Myoko, is known for its 1,124 m vertical and a top-to-bottom cruise of about 8.5 km. The upper slopes look out over Lake Nojiri and the northern Shinano peaks, with Mt. Fuji visible on clear days. An eight-seat gondola and high-speed quads reach the top, serving wide beginner runs, advanced pitches up to 38 degrees, a mogul run and three snow parks. Children of elementary-school age ski free, and the resort is part of the Ikon Pass. It lies about 10 minutes from the Myoko-Kogen IC, with buses from Myoko-Kogen station.
