Minenohara Kogen Ski Resort trail map
Minenohara Kogen is a bowl-shaped ski area at about 1,500 m on the Minenohara plateau in Suzaka, next to Sugadaira. Its cold, high setting keeps the snow light and dry, with views of Mt. Neko and the Northern Alps. All ten runs funnel back to one base, from a gentle 1,800 m panorama trail and larch-lined cruisers to steeper expert pitches, and the pension village at the top lets guests ski from their door. After several years as Ninja Snow Highland it returned to its original name for 2026-27. It opens on weekends and holidays, with aurora light shows on set nights.
