Official name 勝原スキー場
Fukui
Closed in 2009
Kadohara Ski Area was a ski hill at the northern foot of Mount Arashima in Ono, Fukui Prefecture, a short walk from JR Kadohara Station. It was abolished in 2009. The steep former slope is now the first stretch of the Kadohara route, the most used trail up Mount Arashima, and the old ski area car park and toilets serve as the hikers' trailhead. Part of the site was taken over for the Kadohara interchange of the Chubu-Jukan Expressway.
