Mt. Washikuradake

A 1,010.4 m peak in the Kakuno district of Ōno City, Fukui Prefecture, rising above the southern shore of Lake Kuzuryū near JR Kuzuryū Lake Station on the Etsumi-Hoku Line. Three well-shaded forest-bathing trails approach the summit—the National Lodge route (about 10 minutes), the former City Hall route (about 20 minutes) and the Dam route (a ten-minute walk from the Kuzuryū Dam bus stop)—giving easy access from the station. The mountain is listed in the Fukui Prefecture Mountain Guide.
