Fukagawa Ski Area Closed
Official name 深川スキー場
Hokkaido
Closed in 2007
Fukagawa Ski Area was a Prince Hotels-run hill in Fukagawa, Hokkaido. It closed as part of the Seibu group's restructuring, with its last day of operation on 21 March 2007. A seasonal bus route linked Fukagawa Terminal with the ski area until it was dropped in 2000. Years after the closure, in 2013, the cleared run lines were still clearly visible on the hillside from a distance.
