Mt. Inakotake

A 2,380 m peak in Koumi Town, Minami-Saku District, Nagano Prefecture, set just east of Mt. Tengu in the northern Yatsugatake Range and within Yatsugatake-Chūshin Kōgen Quasi-National Park. Its southern face is a known rock-climbing wall. The peak has no published trail on the standard hiking maps, and the route from Mt. Nyū follows faint footpaths suitable only for experienced parties; the junction near Nakayama Pass carries a sign asking general hikers to refrain from entering.
