Mount Keizuru

Mount Keizuru is a 2,004 m peak straddling Katashina Village in Gunma Prefecture and Uonuma City in Niigata Prefecture, north of Ozegahara within Oze National Park. It is listed among the Nihon Sanbyaku Meizan, Gunma Hyakumeizan, and Echigo Hyakuzan. There is currently no climbing route, and the landowner does not permit climbing, so entry is prohibited. Although historical ascent accounts exist, the Oze Preservation Foundation directs visitors to enjoy viewing the mountain from Ozegahara.
