Koyama is a small town-owned ski slope in the Yoshida district of Aizumisato, Fukushima, looked after by a local sports NPO on the town's behalf. It is a community hill: each winter opens with a slope-opening ceremony, and the town's board of education holds ski and snowboard classes for residents there. It runs in the daytime only, and closures depend on the snow. Use is booked in advance through the town's facility reservation system. It is about 20 minutes by car from the Niitsuru interchange.
