Sendai-Kamurodake is a 1,356 m peak in Taihaku Ward, Sendai City, Miyagi, marking the northern end of the Futakuchi Mountains and standing east of the main spine of the Ōu Range. It faces its smaller sibling Yamagata-Kamurodake (1,344 m) across the Yamagata–Miyagi border ridge, and of the two helmet-named peaks it is the one whose sharply pointed silhouette best matches the kabuto helmet metaphor that gives them their name. The flower-rich traverse from Sasaya Pass over Yamagata-Kamuro, Tongariyama and Hamaguriyama is the standard approach, and the peak is included in the Tōhoku 100.
