Mount Nokogiri is a 1,109 m peak in Okutama Town, western Tokyo, lying on the steep ridge that thrusts up from JR Okutama Station toward Mount Ōtake (1,266 m) and Mount Gozen (1,405 m). Within Chichibu-Tama-Kai National Park, it is the chief summit of the rugged Nokogiri-one ("sawtooth ridge"), which begins with the 180-step climb from Atago-yama and continues over chained crags and rocky pinnacles — one of the most demanding ridge walks in the Okutama area. Listed in Tama Hyaku-yama (courses 16 and 17) and the Tokyo Hyakumeizan.
