Mount Kentoku (North Peak) is a 2,016 m peak just north of the summit of Mount Kentoku (2,031 m) in Yamanashi City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Kentoku is a popular mountain combining forest, grassland, and rock, with the roughly 20 m chained rock face 'Hōiwa' just below the summit; it is also a peak of mountain worship, said to be where the medieval monk Musō Soseki trained.
