Mountain hut at about 2,800m in the saddle between Ainodake and Nishi-Notoridake in the Southern Alps. It sits squarely on the Shirane Sanzan traverse of Kitadake, Ainodake and Notoridake, and a little north of it a traversing path across the flank of Ainodake joins the main spine of the range toward Shiomidake — a pivotal position. The hut stands on the boundary ridge between Hayakawa Town in Yamanashi and Kogouchi in Aoi Ward, Shizuoka, and enquiries and reservations are handled by Daimonzawa-goya. As of April 2025 Hayakawa Town states that it will operate again this season, with details to be confirmed by phone through Daimonzawa-goya.
