This circuit climbs from the Mizukoshigawa public parking area on Taio Ridge, passes the Taio fortification ruins and Dainichidake, and reaches Mount Kongo before descending from Seto on the Aogedori Trail. It combines a steep ridge ascent with a long forested descent, while the summit plaza opens toward the Osaka Plain.
