Yuzawa Ski Area was a city-run ski hill on Kakumazawa-yama in Yuzawa, southern Akita, not to be confused with the resorts of Yuzawa in Niigata. Close to the town centre, it had two gentle runs and served families and residents as a local place for exercise. Yuzawa City's 2017 public facilities plan listed it, together with Oyasu Onsen Ski Area, for abolition, and it closed that year.
