The Windsor Snow Village is the ski area beside The Windsor Hotel Toya, which stands on Mount Poromoi above Lake Toya. Guests can ski straight out of the hotel onto quiet, uncrowded slopes that suit beginners and families with young children, with a private-resort feel. One-to-one lessons with the hotel's slope concierges are offered, along with sledding, tubing, snowmobiles for children, snowshoe and cross-country tours. The area opens roughly from December to March and is used mainly by hotel guests. The hotel's shuttle bus takes about 40 minutes from JR Toya Station.

- Sapporo Station → Toya Station JR Chitose Line / Muroran Main Line (Limited Express Hokuto) · About 120 min · From New Chitose Airport Station, Rapid Airport to Minami-Chitose, then Limited Express Hokuto about 80 min. From Hakodate Station, Limited Express Hokuto about 120 min. No airport–hotel shuttle at present → Hotel free shuttle bus, about 40 min (reservation by 18:00 the day before; runs without reservations are cancelled)
