Hinata Ski Area (Shibetsu) trail map
Hinata Ski Area is a city-run hill in Tayoro, Shibetsu, northern Hokkaido. Two lifts serve five runs, from the beginner-friendly Family and Slalom courses through the intermediate Panorama to the advanced Center and Dynamic runs, and it is mainly a local training hill. Night skiing runs from late afternoon into the evening, and lift tickets are inexpensive. The Hinata Onsen hot spring is right nearby and reached by a local bus from Shibetsu Station. It is one of six northern Hokkaido areas covered by the shared Diamond Dust Pass.
