Greenpia Onuma Ski Area trail map
Greenpia Onuma Ski Area belongs to a hotel resort near Onuma Quasi-National Park in Mori, southern Hokkaido. From the top you can see Mount Komagatake, Lakes Onuma and Konuma, and on clear days Uchiura Bay and Mount Yotei. Two pair lifts serve six main runs, from gentle cruisers such as the 1.2 km Family Road to the 30-degree Skyway and a short expert pitch, and a kids' slope with a free snow escalator makes it an easy place for a family's first day on skis. Night skiing runs on Friday and Saturday evenings, and the resort's own natural hot spring is there for afterwards. It is about 2 km from Onuma Koen IC and 50 minutes by car from Hakodate, with a season from late December to early March.
