Sasagatawanomine is a 1,121-metre mountain on the border of Hinohara Village in Tokyo’s Nishitama District and Uenohara City, Yamanashi. It stands on the Sasa Ridge leading toward Mount Mito in the Okutama mountains, near Kazuma Pass, also called Kamihira Pass. It can be climbed from the Asama-one Tozanguchi or Nakanodaira bus stops.
