Settōgatake is a 1,710-metre mountain in Fujikawaguchiko Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, just south of Mount Oni in the Misaka Mountains. The meadow just below its summit offers one of the finest views of Mount Fuji rising beyond Lake Saiko, with the Aokigahara forest and Lakes Kawaguchi and Motosu also in sight. A loop hike from Saiko Iyashi-no-Sato Nenba linking it with Mount Oni is popular, and it is listed in "Mountain Walks Around the Fuji Five Lakes."
