Koderayama is a 1,501 m peak in Ōe, Yamagata Prefecture, on the Kodera (Kodera-kōsen) trail—the most popular route to Ōasahidake (1,870 m), the principal peak of the Asahi Range. From the Kodera trailhead and information center the path leads over Koderayama and Koasahidake to Ōasahidake. The Asahi Range straddles the Yamagata–Niigata border and lies within Bandai-Asahi National Park.
