Higashiyakeishidake is a 1,507 m peak in Ōshū, Iwate Prefecture. It rises east of Yakeishidake (1,548 m, one of the 200 Famous Japanese Mountains), the highest peak of the Yakeishi range within Kurikoma Quasi-National Park. The trail from the Nakanuma trailhead passes the Ubaishidaira flat just below it on the way to Yakeishidake, and that flat is renowned as one of Tōhoku's great alpine flower fields.
