Kunimidaira is a small mountain ski area on the slopes of Mt. Kunimi in Koromogawa, Oshu, Iwate. Two lifts serve eleven runs, from a 1.3 km tree-lined trail and a well-groomed downhill course to the 28-30 degree Technical and Bear's Landing runs and a mogul pitch. After snowfall it offers powder, and a dedicated sledding slope suits families. Parking is free. It is about 40 minutes by car from the Hiraizumi-Maesawa IC.
