A mountain hut on the slope immediately east of Mount Yari, close to the Yarisawa route and Higashi-Kama ridge. It is about 9.5 hours from Kamikochi via Yarisawa Lodge and about 40 minutes from Yarigatake Sanso by the ridge route. More sheltered than the crest, it serves as a quieter base for the summit and Omote-Ginza traverse.
