Small hut at about 1,760m on a terrace where the foot of the Yatsumine ridge of Tsurugidake juts out into the Tsurugisawa valley. The rock walls of Tsurugidake and the Tsurugisawa snowfield are close at hand while forest surrounds the hut, giving it the feel of the deep Kurobe gorge. It is reached by descending Tsurugisawa from Murodo, or from the Kurobe Dam over Hashigodani-nokkoshi. The Masagozawa campsite lies directly in front, with a water point beside it. Guests may use the drying room and the shower room. There is no mobile phone reception around the hut.
