Pirika Ski Resort trail map
Pirika sits above Pirika (Birika) Dam in Imakane, southern Hokkaido, and is known locally for its light snow. A single pair chairlift serves five runs from easy to advanced, a small park with boxes and kickers on the family run, and a kids' area at the base for sledding and tubing. Night skiing runs on selected evenings from January to March. The Kur Plaza Pirika hotel at the base has a hot spring, so many visitors finish the day with a soak. It is about 15 minutes by car from Kunnui IC.
