Mount Racey Ski Resort trail map
Mount Racey spreads over the slopes of Mt Reisui right behind central Yubari and is known for dry inland powder. Its 18 runs range from a cruise of about 3.5 km from summit to base to ungroomed pitches as steep as 45 degrees and runs through the trees, so it works for beginners and experts alike, and there is a kids' park with sledding and tubing at the base. The six-seat gondola was out of service in 2025-26 for repairs, with December 2026 the target for its return. Sapporo and New Chitose Airport are about an hour away by car, and buses run from Shin-Yubari station.
