Kagamiganaru is the ski slope of Kyukamura Okudaisen, on a high plateau south-east of Mount Daisen, and it prides itself on some of the heaviest and best-quality snow in western Japan. One pair chairlift serves a compact family area with a 180 m beginner run, a 200 m intermediate run, a beginner park with kickers and waves, and a kids' area. The lodge sits right at the slope with rentals and a ski school, so families can arrive empty-handed and try skiing or snowboarding for the first time. Snowshoeing and cross-country skiing are also possible on the grounds.

Train
- Okayama Station → Neu Station JR Hakubi Line, Limited Express Yakumo · About 105 min · December to May → Kyukamura shuttle bus (reservation required, first come first served), about 40 min (arr. around 10:40, 12:40, 14:40; dep. Kyukamura 10:20, 12:10, 15:40). The slope is a 3-min walk from the hotel
