Mount Togari, locally known as Tongari-yama, is a 559.4 m standalone peak in Tochizu, Tateyama Town (Nakaniikawa District), Toyama Prefecture. Its near-perfect cone shape — visible as a triangle from any direction — has earned it the nickname "Pyramid of Toyama," and a stone circle on its summit has spawned theories ranging from ancient ritual site to artificial pyramid (proposed by Toyama University in the 1980s). The trailhead is a 20-minute walk from Yokoe Station on the Toyama Chihō Railway Tateyama Line, and the summit looks out on the Tateyama Range and the Toyama Plain. The peak appears in Toyama Hyakuzan, Japan 100 Low Mountains (2017), Shin-Etchū Hyakuzan and Japan's 1,000 Mountains, among other regional lists.
