Hut on the eastern flank of the Yatsugatake range, in Nishiide, Oizumi-cho, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. It stands in a stream valley at about 1,860m, some 2.3km south-southeast in a straight line from the summit of Akadake (2,899m), the range's highest peak, and about 4.3km west-northwest of Utsukushimori at Kiyosato. The area lies off the general hiking trails published in Hokuto City's course guide, and there are no staffed huts or commercial facilities nearby. No official source could be found describing this hut's manager, capacity, conditions of use or operating status; it appears neither in the Ministry of the Environment's national list of mountain huts nor in Hokuto City's mountain information. Anyone going there should follow whatever notices are posted on site and check current conditions in advance.
