Megahira Ski & Snow Resort trail map
Megahira is a ski area in Yoshiwa, Hatsukaichi, in western Hiroshima, just three minutes from the Yoshiwa IC on the Chugoku Expressway. Its signature is the 2,300 m Center course running from summit to base, and snowmaking keeps the slopes skiable in lean years. Twelve runs spread over about 470 m of vertical, from the panoramic Sky course and the steep Challenge course to easy forest trails, a family slope and a sled area. Megahira Onsen's Quevelle Yoshiwa stands beside the slopes for overnight stays or a day soak. The season runs from mid-December to around mid-March, with night skiing on selected Saturdays.
