Fuyudorigoe Ski Garden is a small city-run ski hill in the hills of Kamo, Niigata. Two T-bar lifts serve the slope, and a free sledding course and snow-play area make it an easy first taste of snow for local children and families. The Lodge Wedeln offers a place to warm up. The site sits by the former Fuyudorigoe Station of the Kambara Railway, and an electric locomotive and two of the line's old cars are preserved on the grounds. It opens mainly in the snowiest weeks of January and February, with lifts running on Tuesdays, Thursdays, weekends and holidays.
