Mt. Onigajo is a 1,031-meter peak on the border between Iiyama in Hatsukaichi City (Hiroshima) and Nishiki-machi in Iwakuni City (Yamaguchi), an isolated volcanic dome shaped by eruptions roughly a million years ago. The Yamaguchi side lies within Rakanzan Prefectural Natural Park, and the summit offers panoramic views of Mt. Rakan, Mt. Daishojin, Mt. Kogoro and Mt. Omine. The peak is included on the Hatsukaichi 20, Chugoku 100, Hiroshima 100, and Yamaguchi 100 Famous Mountains.
