Mount Nuta, also known as Mount Aoki, is a 723.3 m mountain southeast of central Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima Prefecture. During the Boshin War, new government forces are said to have fired toward Tsurugajo Castle from here. Its deciduous broadleaf woodland and grassland provide habitat for rare grassland butterflies, and fringed irises grow wild.
